Welcome to RA KIDS (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.online-ra.com and the purchase of our products and participation in our donation and token reward program. By using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms.

  2. Eligibility

   We sell and ship our products within India and specified regions only. Customers       

   under   the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to make purchases 

   or donations.

   3. Products, Donations, and Rewards

  • Products: We offer children’s clothing and toys for sale.

  • Donations: Customers may donate clothes and toys by filling out our donation form. Donors are responsible for the shipping cost of sending items to us. We do not accept ragged clothes or electronic toys.

  • Token Rewards: Donors will receive RA Atum Tokens based on the type and quantity of items donated. The company reserves the right to determine the final reward amount. Please note that RA KIDS does not accept any responsibility for any risks associated with the value or use of crypto tokens.

   4. Payments

   We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • UPI

  • Credit and Debit Cards

   All prices are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian government regulations. Prices       are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

   5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Clothing: Returns and exchanges are accepted on the same day of delivery.

  • Toys: Exchanges are allowed, but returns are not accepted for toys.

  • Return Shipping: RA KIDS will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items.

  • Refunds: We provide a full refund for the product amount only; shipping charges are non-refundable.

   6. Intellectual Property

   All content on online-ra.com, including but not limited to logos, images, product               designs, and text, is the sole property of RA KIDS. Customers are not permitted   

   to use, copy, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

   7. Limitation of Liability

   RA KIDS shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental             losses arising from the use of our website, products, third-party links,

   or the RA Atum Token rewards program.

   8. Governing Law

   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.           Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in 

   the courts of India.

   9. Updates to Terms

   We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.     Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
